It is forbidden to place in the container:
Domestic waste
Materials (glass, textile waste)
Biological waste (stumps, burnt wood, cut grass, vegetables and fruits, damaged trees)
Hazardous waste (slag, ruberoid and bituminous materials, tires, electrical engineering, batteries, fluorescent lamps, LED lamps, small or large electrical engineering, various paints and varnishes, solvents, oils, acids and substances containing mercury or asbestos)
If prohibited materials are found in the container, an additional fee of 76 EUR/m3 + VAT will be applied. The surcharge applies to the entire volume of the container.

Noteikumi un nosacījumi par konteineru izmantošanu un neatbilstošiem atkritumiem
1. Konteinera piepildīšanas nosacījumi
Pasūtītāja pienākums ir piepildīt būvniecības atkritumu konteineru tā, lai būvgruži nepārsniegtu konteinera augšējās malas un lai tas netraucētu konteinera transportēšanai. Konteiners nedrīkst būt pārkrauts, lai nerastos kravas nobirums un netiktu pārsniegta automašīnas celtspēja.
2. Konteineru pārvietot AIZLIEGTS
Pasūtītājam ir aizliegts patvaļīgi pārvietot konteineru.
3. Kategoriski aizliegts konteinerā ievietot šādus atkritumus:
Azbestu saturošus materiālus (piemēram, šīferi)
Eļļas filtrus
Eļļas un citus bīstamos atkritumus
Medicīnas atkritumus
Dienasgaismas lampas
Pārtikas atkritumus
Riepas
Jebkāda veida šķidrumus
Pelnus
4. Fotofiksācija
Uzņēmumam ir tiesības veikt fotofiksāciju konteinerā ievietotajiem atkritumiem to izvešanas un izkraušanas laikā, lai dokumentētu konteinera saturu un konstatētu neatbilstošus atkritumus, ja tādi tur atrodas.
5. Papildus rēķins par neatbilstošiem atkritumiem
Ja konteinerā tiek konstatēti neatbilstoši vai bīstami atkritumi, uzņēmums ir tiesīgs izrakstīt papildus rēķinu par:
– neatbilstošu atkritumu šķirošanu un utilizēšanu,
– bīstamo atkritumu utilizāciju,
– papildus darba izmaksām, kas radušās neatbilstošu atkritumu šķirošanas un utilizācijas procesā.
6. Soda naudas un papildmaksas
Par pārkrautu konteineru tiek piemērota soda nauda 300,00 EUR + PVN.
Gaidīšanas laiks (dikstāve) līdz 30 minūtēm ir bez maksas. Pēc tam tiek piemērota maksa 60,00 EUR/h + PVN.
Sods par noteikumu pārkāpumiem (piemēram, aizliegto atkritumu ievietošanu): 500,00 EUR + PVN.
Konteinera noma sākot no piektās darba dienas 4,00 EUR/dienā + PVN (6m3–10m3) un 10,00 EUR/dienā + PVN (12m3–30m3).
7. Parāda piedziņa
Ja papildus rēķins vai standarta pakalpojuma rēķins netiek apmaksāts noteiktajā termiņā, uzņēmums ir tiesīgs nodot pasūtītāja datus parāda piedziņas procesam.
8. Apstiprinājums
Veicot pasūtījumu, klients apliecina, ka ir izlasījis, sapratis un piekrīt šiem noteikumiem un nosacījumiem pilnā apjomā.
